Pete and Ashlee’s Cheap Wedding Parting Gift

Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson were married this weekend. Their wedding had an Alice in Wonderland theme.
Life & Style has photos of the wedding invitation and the parting gift they gave to their guests, but it’s the parting gift that really takes the cake! Or, maybe it doesn’t take the cake.
The gift was wrapped in an exquisite box with a pretty red bow. Imagine the guests’ surprise when they opened the gift to find a paltry SUGAR COOKIE shaped like a flower that says “Eat Me”? The box had to cost more than the gift! What a rip-off! I can’t believe someone could be that cheap. But then again, I guess that million dollars People magazine gave them for their wedding photos will only go so far.
