Anne Heche is Broke as a Joke

Anne Heche recently appeared in court recently claiming that she didn’t have enough money to support her ex-husband and pay child support.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge has suspended Heche’s obligation to pay child support for July. Heche has been forking over $14,798 in monthly support. In her declaration, Heche noted that her TV show, “Men In Trees,” had gotten the ax. She says since January, “I have been unemployed and had no income….except for one very short term contract for a movie role for which I received a total of $65,000.” Heche says she has a grand total of $34,840.93 in her accounts. She claims she can’t continue paying for Homer’s private school tuition, her Canadian mortgage, L.A. rent, auto and other expenses. She says she’s $364,000 in the hole.

Anne can now join the rest of America, who are thousands of dollars in debt! Doesn’t she talk to ghosts or aliens or something? Maybe they can float her a loan!

I disagree. Her husband should be ashamed of himself for gouging the mother of his child. He’s an able bodied man with his own job. He just wants to stick it to her for being unfaithful to him. He’s not much of a man IMHO.

Bullcrap. He is the one raising the child. If it were the mother raising the child you would be supporting this. But because it’s a man the mother shouldn’t be paying? I guarantee that if it were a woman “sticking it to him” for being unfaithful you would support it. You are the one who should be ashamed of yourself. Maybe the mother of his child should be able to support her own kid.

I would agree that if she isn’t working that the judge should give her time to get her financies in order. But just because the father got custody of the children doesn’t at all mean that the mother should get off scott free and not have to pay anything. Question, “How many other Hollywood Moms owe their lifestyles of the rich and famous to alimony and child support?” If they can do why can’t he?
