Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn Not Getting Divorced Just Yet

Extra reported that court officials confirmed that their divorce was dismissed on Tuesday. Apparently, Sean dedicated a song to Robin on stage for her birthday at an Eddy Vedder concert too. How sweet eh?
Sean’s lawyer Mindy Ross revealed that the petition for divorce which was filed in Marin County on December 7 was actually dismissed on December 18.
Good for them that they’re trying to work it out.
They have two children ages 16 and 14 and as many parents would probably attest to, the teenage years tend to be the some of the toughest years of development. I’m not suggesting that people should stay together for their kids, but it’s great if it works out and their teens have both parents around to support them without the challenge of parenting separately.
