Richie Sambora May Face Jail Time for DUI

Sambora may get charged with misdemeanor DUI and child endangerment according to Contact Music. Apparently, prosecutors want to get tough with the Bon Jovi guitarist for driving under the influence while his daughter (as seen in the above photo during happier times) and her cousin were in the car last month.
Sambora’s arraignment is set May 7, 2008.
It sucks to be him eh? He should never have been so irresponsible to drink and drive even if his daughter and her cousin weren’t in the car. It just makes it so much worse that he risked their lives though. Heather Locklear must’ve wanted to kill him for endangering their daughter.
