Jennifer Lopez has reportedly lost 40lbs in just four weeks after giving birth to twins with a grueling exercise regime. According to Closer magazine, JLo has been getting up at 4am to start her workouts which include three hours per day, seven days per week.
Losing 10lbs per week after giving birth to Max and Emme in February cannot be an easy task, but a source revealed that JLo hired a crazy team of nutritionists and personal trainers called her “120lb team” which refers to her target weight.
I think it’s really sad that she’s so obsessed with losing the weight rather than enjoying being a new mother. She waited a while to become a mom and now it sounds like she spends more time dieting and exercising than relishing her first moments with her babies. I guess that’s Hollywood for ya.

Funny. She lapped up the attention saying that she was ‘in no hurry to lose her baby weight, playing with her belly fat, etc.’ I thought… Just watch, she is going to be doing the exact opposite.
