Fergie Performed Cartwheel in Super Tight Rubber Pants
photo courtesy of PR Photos/www.prphotos.comFergie was relieved that her super tight rubber pants didn’t split open when she performed a one-handed cartwheel during American Idol’s special “Idol Gives Back” on Sunday night. She said:
“Luckily there were no wardrobe malfunctions.”
Fergie performed Heart’s Barracuda and has been performing the gymnastics move for months. She said:
“I went through years of gymnastics and I wanted to be a gymnast at one time… I was in a show with will.i.am… and he pulled out this breakdancing move… and I didn’t know what to do because I didn’t know any breakdancing moves. So I was like, ‘OK, I’ll just pull out some of my old school moves.’ Fans loved it and so I’ve been putting it in my show and I actually do Barracuda in my set because I sang it for the Shrek 3 soundtrack, so that’s when I do it.”
I can’t wait to see it. I’ll keep the sound down really low though because I’m still not over the time she butchered Paul McCartney’s “Live and Let Die” last year in December.
