The bottom 2 for this week’s elimination round on Dancing with the Stars:

• Marlee Matlin and Fabian Sanchez
• Mario and Karina Smirnoff

However, Mario and Karina really didn’t deserve that placement as they did well last night. I had hoped it would be Shannon Elizabeth and Derek Hough because Shannon wasn’t as good as she thought she was. I’m so annoyed by them now. Every time Shannon receives criticism from the judges, she starts bawling her eyes out because she’s so shocked she’s not perfect. When the pair received their critique and scores, Shannon started crying and Derek started complaining and comparing how others got away with making mistakes but were scored very high. What bad sports! Just take the critique even if you don’t agree and talk about it off camera. There are rumors they’re a couple now but I’m not really buying it…they don’t seem to be a good match.

I’m really sad that Marlee and Fabian were eliminated tonight. She’s such an inspiration. She missed some steps or didn’t seem to catch on with the speed of the music, but she was still better than Shannon Elizabeth in my opinion. It must’ve been so difficult to try to get the timing of the music, but for the most part, she was amazing throughout her performances.
