Lawsuit Filed Against The Hogan Family
photo courtesy of PR Photos/www.prphotos.comA lawsuit was filed today by John Graziano’s family against the Hogans. John Graziano was critically injured after being in a car with Nick Hogan. Nick was recklessly driving and racing at the time of the accident.
The lawsuit cites three counts of negligence against Hulk Hogan one against Nick Hogan one against Linda and another count against the driver of the Dodge Viper that Nick was racing with.
The Graziano family is claiming in the lawsuit that Terry and Linda Bollea should have known that their son was a reckless driver, and were also aware that their son was drinking on the day of the crash
I hope they pay for that! They definitely knew about their son’s reckless driving and love for speeding as they love racing as well.
Nick is also facing a felony charge of reckless driving with serious bodily injury.
