David Hernandez Stripped at Dick’s Cabaret
As mentioned before, American Idol contestant David Hernandez was rumored to have entertained audiences before by removing his clothes. However, a manager at a male strip club in Phoenix has now told The Associated Press about it. Club manager Gordy Bryan said that David once worked as a stripper at Dick’s Cabaret, appearing fully nude and performing lap dances for “mostly male” clients. Bryan said:
“He had the look and the type that people like, so he made pretty good money here.”
It’s unclear if his past could disqualify him from the American Idol competition. I hope not! I’d love to see him do perform some of his moves on the show! However, he lied a little bit on the Idol website when he was asked the following:
If you couldn’t sing, which talent would you most like to have?
“Dancing! I’m horrible at that!”
My guess is he was pretty darn good at it. I hope the show allows him to stay. Maybe we should start a petition…
