Sex Offender Wins $10 Million Lottery

A Boston-area sex offender who has been arrested six times for indecent assault has reportedly won $10 million in the lottery. Residents are upset that a bad man would win so much money.

However, he might be facing up to five years in prison if convicted of failing to notify authorities of his change of address when he moved from Connecticut to Massachusetts.

Daniel Snay is labeled as a Level 3 offender which means he is in a category of the most dangerous or most likely to reoffend.

I wonder if a judge would consider taking that money away from him and giving it to his past victims to split for the trauma he’s caused them. Life is so unfair, isn’t it?
