Mischa Barton Charged With DUI And Pot Possession
photo courtesy of PR Photos/www.prphotos.comTMZ is reporting that Mischa Barton was charged today with four misdemeanor counts: driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol level of .08% or higher, driving without a license and possession of marijuana. All from her arrest back in December.
That is really bad news for Mischa. Her next court date is February 28th. Is she the next celebrity to face time in the big house?
