Heath Ledger’s Last Movie To Be Completed
photo courtesy of PR Photos/www.prphotos.comThe last movie that Heath Ledger filmed, just days before he died, will be completed by Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell.
In the days before his death, Heath Ledger was filming “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus“. Director Terry Gilliam asked Depp, Law and Farrell to pay tribute to Ledger by taking turns to play his character in the scenes that he never got to shoot.
In the film, Ledger’s character is going through a magical mirror, so Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell will take over Ledger’s role, becoming multiple incarnations of his character transformed in the “magical” world of the film.
What a nice tribute.

Johnny Depp shouldnt play such a dumb role. Heth Ledger is retarded and always played in retarded movies. So why should Johnny Depp mess up his whole career to finish a movie that Heth Ledger started? Thats retarded, like it really is. I can understand if Jude Law finished it because his career sucks anyways, but Johnny Depp has a really good career and shouldnt ruin it. Point is everyone doesnt care about Heth dieing. The End
@jasen its not about the peoples careers at this point. this is more of a tribute for a young man who lost his life at a young age and like myself many others will praise depp, farell and law for there support and compassion. any of them could have said no, but it seems they did not. i cant see depp ever saying no to a oppertunity like this he has a heart unlike some others who just post faceless coments on a website.
Firstly who is Heth….
Secondly Heath not heth was a fine young actor who tragiclly what ever the circumstances died at a young age.
Thirdly i should imagine Depp,Farrell and Law will be pround to finish a film that stars such a talented actor like Heath not heth.
It has nothing to do with the responding actors roles. They made a decision to honor a friend and colleague of theirs. If it was about their careers they would have expected a paycheck. But no, they didn’t, instead they all three decided to donate every single penny from the film that they would have made to Heath Ledgers daughter.
Some people in this world have a bit of compassion believe it or no.t
