Westboro Baptist to Protest Heath Ledger’s Funeral
photo courtesy of PR Photos/www.prphotos.comNot too long after Heath Ledger’s death was reported, the Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) was said to have released a press statement announcing they have plans to protest the actor’s funeral. Have they no shame?
The WBC refer to him as a pervert and say that he has begun serving his eternal sentence in Hell now. Are they serious? They think Heath deserves punishment because he starred in a love story about two men?
If the press release is real, it’s sick. A talented actor whom many loved is gone. Anyone that would think of such hateful things at a time when so many are in shock and grieving lacks human compassion and a normal sense of right and wrong.

I RESENT that the Westbro Baptist call themselves Christians. They obviously don’t read their Bible. God is no respector of persons, Acts 10:34; God does not take peoples lives!,believers or not, 2 Peter 3:9. These people give us Christians a bad rep. Shame on them!!!
While I don’t condone the actions of the church, I find this sympathy for a coward to be a bit hilarious. If anyone here should be sympathized over, it’s the ex-wife and child he selfishly abandoned.
He deserves no respect. He’ll be remembered through his movies, and forgotten through his death.

He didn’t kill himself!… He had a serious anxiety disorder that prevented him from being able to sleep or function normally… I’ve been living with the same thing for eleven years… It’s beyond debilitating. He over dosed… but with all the medication he was on it wasn’t hard to mess up… Rest in peace Heath! <3 Thank you for your inspiration and talent.
