Nicole Richie And Joel Madden Have a Girl

Congrats to Nicole Richie and her boyfriend Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden. Nicole gave birth to the couple’s first child, daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden, earlier today at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
