Jenna Jameson was there to present an award for Crossover Star of the Year at the Mandalay Bay Events Center during the Porn Convention which was renamed in her honor. The ever-so-humble porn star presented the “Jenna Jameson Crossover Star of the Year Award” saying:

“I remember getting in this industry when I was 18 years old …. when there were about 500 people in the audience. This is huge … and I feel really proud that I kinda paved the way for this mainstream exposure. It’s apropos that this award is named after me … the crossover star of the year.”

Her boyfriend Tito Ortiz was looking on proudly from the audience too. Aw, how sweet. She went on to explain:

“everything is amazing in my life … I have a beautiful man (Tito) who takes care of me … and I know US Weekly said I was done, I was retiring from the industry … and then I had to come back and talk about the fact that I wasn’t done, because Club Jenna is one of the biggest forces in this industry!”

Then came Jenna’s official announcement:

“Honesty is key … and I will never ever ever spread my legs in this industry EVER!”

After audience members started to boo, she said:

“but I love everyone of you, and thanks for the support!”

Arturo Collozo, editor of www.mmanewsdesk.com editor said:

“It was a really uncomfortable moment, she presented herself as bigger than the industry, but kept calling everyone her family and saying how much she loved them. It was a very odd speech, and no one really knew what to make of it!”

Hilarious eh? I bet some of the folks in the industry wanted to pull all her hair out and pounce on her. Apparently Jenna has plans to concentrate on her upcoming project with Virgin Comic Books and opening up a bar in NYC.
