Dr. Phil Slammed By Psychiatrists

A few psychiatrists are criticizing the hospital and Dr. Phil for his visit after TMZ learned that Britney had no idea that Dr. Phil was coming to her room and indeed when he walked in she became agitated and walked out. One psychiatrist called it “intrusive and inappropriate.” Another explained the hospital:
“is supposed to be a safe place. If the patient doesn’t want to see someone, that person doesn’t get in — period.”
Another doctor claimed he was “outraged and disgusted” adding:
“It is incredible that the hospital allowed Dr. Phil in her room. It’s a total violation of her rights.”
One particular doctor thinks that the hospital staff was “star struck” and let Dr. Phil’s profile override good judgment.
Although Dr. Phil’s TV show wanted to tape an intervention, TMZ reports that Britney doesn’t want to have anything to do with it, however, her parents have agreed to be on the program. Perhaps Dr. Phil would be looked upon with more respect about this if there were no plans to include them on the show and he was just stepping in to help out some friends privately. And Brit can’t be thaat crazy if she knows better not to go on a TV show to discuss her emotional breakdown.

This is outrageous. He is a circus performer not a doctor, and not her doctor of treatment. He is doing this for the most selfish narcissistic reason of all, his ratings and to get a piece of this side show.
He should be arrested/sued and her parents are abusing and violating Britney’s rights and privacy. It is wrong. And I can understand her anger. She should never speak to them again. Certainly, she should cut off contact for a good while, especially from her mother/pimp.
She’s not a child. She’s an adult. She doesn’t have to and you don’t send TV doctors to barge into your daughter’s hospital room. What was Cedars Sinai thinking?
Hmm isn’t Britney an adult? Shouldn’t she have been the one to have given permission to see this idiot.
As far as I see it Dr. Wanabe Phil just wants to hike up his ratings. He doesn’t care about this girl.

If I were Britney and I did not want to see him, but he did anyway, I would of sued his ass and the hospital for not protecting my right to privacy (HIPPA Laws)!
