Angelina Jolie Talking to Jon Voight Again

She was said to have phoned him on Christmas Day after not speaking to him since June 2002 when Voight criticized his daughter on a TV show for having “serious emotional problems”. Voight has attempted to reconcile with his Angie since and last month said:
“I’m very impressed with Angelina’s work, with some of the humanitarian things, and she’s a great actress.”
A friend told the National Enquirer:
“It was a short call, but it meant the world to both of them. It was something for them to build on, and Jon couldn’t say enough good things about the way his daughter is conducting her life”.
I guess Angelina had the Christmas spirit this year. Although her dad was a jerk for what he did, he’s the only parent she has around and it seems like he’s learned his lesson.
