Mischa Barton Mug Shot
As reported earlier, Mischa Barton was arrested for DUI, possession of narcotics and driving on a suspended license.
According to a press release issued by the L.A. County Sheriffs Department:
“she was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn.” When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she “was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.”
Not only she was drinking and driving, she was not supposed to be driving to begin with as her license was suspended. I just don’t get it why she didn’t get someone to drive her. She can definitely afford it. It is like she was asking to go to jail.
