Jay-Z Retires Again

“It’s time for me to take on new challenges. I am pleased to have had the opportunity to build upon the Def Jam legacy, helping to move the company into a new era of artistic success.”
Insiders suggest that Jay-Z is leaving the label because his music career is taking off again. Sources say that Jay-Z is concentrating on opening another five nightclubs in the new two years, with his eyes on Miami, London, and Los Angeles. Well, opening up nightclubs would certainly be another way to make some cash in the music business eh?
