Britney Still Being Investigated By Children’s Services

The Department of Children and Family Services has declared some concerns in the divorce case between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline according to TMZ. One document out of the 300 pages that the judge released stated:

“Based on its investigation to date, it should be noted that DCFS (Department of Children and Family Services) has concerns of its own regarding the safety and welfare of the children if the children are left in the mother’s care.”

Britney’s attorney filed a request asking the judge to keep the custody and visitation schedules private “in order to minimize the chance that unscrupulous journalists will gain unwelcome access to me and the boys.” However, Britney often lets paparazzi wash her windows and pump her gas for her.

Children’s Services basically told the court that until they’ve completed their investigation:

they “request that the father maintain custody, that the mother’s visitation remain monitored, and that the mother continue to drug test, attend counseling and parenting classes, and that the mother undergo and evaluation.”

Sounds reasonable doesn’t it? If Brit-Brit really didn’t want attention from paparazzi, she could just stay away from where they are. I wonder if her lawyer is frustrated that she desperately wants and needs the attention from the cameras even though it’s not good for her custody battle. It can’t be easy defending Brit-Brit.
