Are Spice Girls All Hype?

Although the show on Sunday was said to have sold out, some reports suggest that there were still many empty seats and that tonight’s show has plenty seats available for sale. The show on Saturday at the O2, the first performance in the UK for eight years was reported as selling all 23,000 tickets in 38 seconds though.
So could it be that promoters and friends of the Spice Girls bought up a bunch of seats and had no one to give them out to?
An O2 spokesperson said:
“I can’t comment on what someone said about empty seats, but Sunday’s show was sold out.”
