Jessica Alba was spotted leaving the gym after a workout. Guess what she has been reading? Yes, the same book that Victoria Beckham was spotted with a few months ago. I bet sales of the book are about to go up again.

don’t read it unless you want to become a vegan! it has less to do with skinniness and more to do with animal cruelty. i’ve been a vegan since i read it in the middle of august.

Skinny Bitch is awesome. It’s a vegan diet, but like having a Hollywood trainer kick your ass. I’ve lost 5 pounds so far, and feel great. Definitely buy this book.
