He’s lost weight in the after pictures, and his face looks less chubby, that alone could account for the nose looking more refined.
It’s hard to tell because the bridge does look slimmer.
Doesn’t matter though because it still looks natural, unlike Ryan Gosling’s, which looks too thin now.
Most I can say critically is that Zac needs a new haircut.

He got older and lost the “baby fat” on his face and around his nose. It happens to everyone at some point-

he definitely hasn’t had plastic surgery. he has different facial expressions on in the photos and when you smile wide it makes your nose widens and looks fatter. Also he appears to be wearing makeup in the most recent ones which makes his face look different and smoother, thats why some think he’s had a face lift.
Anyway he is still absolutely gorgeous and I would give anything to be Vanessa, she is one lucky girl (except that little scandal of hers)
I think he looks more chiseled now. It’s probably a combination between losing weight and getting older. He is just losing his little boy face.
