Did Britney’s Family Come to Rescue Her?
Jamie Lynn and Lynne went to visit Britney Spears over the weekend according to the Daily Mail. The sisters were spotted grabbing some food at Taco Bell together. However, while the family was in town, Britney’s house in L.A. was broken into with some reports alleging that Brit-Brit’s sex tapes were stolen.
OK! magazine described the reunion that Lynne, Britney’s mother insisted upon as a “marathon intervention session”. Britney’s aunt, Chanda McGovern told The Sun:
“We are worried about suicidal tendencies in her. Everything is spiraling [out of control]. And whether it be intentional or accidental, there may be a drugs overdose.”
Not surprisingly, Lynne is concerned about Britney’s behavior and mental state, especially after she lost custody of the kids to K-Fed. I sure hope this family reunion begins to help Britney heal from all of the pain and get some needed help. I wonder if she is considering a return to Kabbalah because she was spotted revealing herself and carrying Kabbalah text The Zohar over the weekend as well when she was out - maybe she’ll even become friends with Madonna again.
