If you’re looking for an apartment-sized dog or a dog for a small house, you may want one like Boo Boo, who is reportedly the new “smallest dog” in the world according to the Guinness Book of World Records. Although Boo Boo is full grown, she is only four- inches tall. When she was born, she was the size of her owner’s thumb. I hope Boo Boo makes a lot of noise because you can imagine it might be difficult to see at times and could be easily stepped on.
