Sexy Bachelor Andy Baldwin showed off his hot body when he took part in an underwear run in Kona in Hawaii yesterday.

Andy Baldwin and Tessa Horst are still together. I wonder for how long though. So far most Bachelor relationships didn’t last once they got out of the spotlight.
