Michelle Rodriguez Facing Jail Time
It seems like Michelle Rodriguez will not be able to escape jail time. The “Lost” star failed to complete the terms of her probation by not performing community service and not following her alcohol monitoring program. She is on probation for a hit and run, driving with a suspended license and DUI.
If Michelle Rodriguez fails to accept responsibility for her actions and doesn’t admit that she is in violation of her probations, she could face up to 587 days in jail. But even if she does owns to her actions, the City Attorney still wants “substantial jail time” but not the max.
She better start looking for a good lawyer!
