Kiefer Sutherland Going To Jail?
On Tuesday, Kiefer Sutherland was arrested for DUI. TMZ has just learned that Sutherland was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI: one count of driving under the influence and one count with driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above. His 2004 probation might be revoked which means he is facing up to 1.5 years in jail! And to top it all, he’s facing the same judge who put Paris Hilton in jail.
I have a feeling that this is not going to end well for the 24 star.

Mr. Sutherland needs to realize that DUI is a serious offense. His license to drive should be revoked permanently, no one should get a third chance. He could afford to be chauffeured the rest of his life.
