You Can’t Hurry Love?
Steve FriedmanApparently Walter Conkrite who is 90 years-old isn’t in a hurry to marry his girlfriend Joanne Simon, age 66, according to NYP Page Six. A source claims:
“The kids are worried that if he dies, and he is married to Joanne, the majority of his estate will go to her, not them. They want him to sign his will leaving everything to them.”
However, Cronkite’s rep denied the rumors saying:
“That is not true as far as I know. They’re not getting married and that’s a decision he and she made and has nothing to do with the children.”
Well, I guess he wants to take things slow. Yikes.
