WTF - Lindsay’s Charges are Being Dropped?
Maybe Lindsay Lohan’s “faith” has helped her out because it looks like she will not be charged for the 2 DUIs, 2 counts of possession of cocaine, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility, driving on a suspended license, drinking underage and fleeing the scene of an accident. TMZ reported:
“there is a “strong possibility” the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office will NOT file felony charges against Lindsay Lohan in connection with her two DUI arrests.”“the D.A. is leaning toward rejecting three possible felonies.”
“That basically leaves misdemeanor DUI charges for both incidents. If Lohan is found guilty of both, she’d have to serve a minimum of four days in jail.”
It sounds like Lindsay should be counting her lucky stars right about now. I say throw her ass in jail and toss away the key.

of course they’re being dropped. all of a sudden they see her in rehab, and she’s a “different person.”
