Pete Doherty Is One Lucky Junkie
As reported yesterday, Pete Doherty was arrested again for drug possession. Earlier this month, he was warned that he would face a prison sentence if detained by police for any further drug offense. So, if you think logically, he should have gotten a prison sentence, right? Well, not really, all the charges against him were dropped due to a legal technicality. Apparently he was not presented to the court within 24 hours of his arrest.
