Lindsay’s Being Sued Over Her Wild Chase
Tracie Rice, the passenger who was sitting in Michelle Peck’s (seen above) car on the night that Lindsay Lohan was chasing has come forward to say she feared she would die that night in the pursuit. Understandably, she thought they were being carjacked and needed to speed up and lose the car chasing them to avoid being killed. Rice is now suing Lindsay and claims assault, negligence, and inflicting emotional distress. I don’t blame her. I bet the whole ordeal was terrifying.
