Is Pete Wentz Trying to Convince Ashlee He’s Trustworthy?
It sounds like Pete Wentz may be pissing off his ex-girlfriends by trying to appease Ashlee Simpson. Pete swears that Ashlee is the only woman he hasn’t lied to before and claims he’s often had difficulty being honest in the past with previous lovers. Pete says he’s just so in love with Ashlee that he can’t bring himself to lie to her and explains:
“This is the first relationship I’ve been in when I’ve been honest. Even signing autographs can make girls jealous. Ash would never do that.”
Sounds like someone is trying to get Ashlee off his back and get her to trust him. Nice move Pete!
