Charlie Sheen would like to stop his ex-wife Denise Richards from calling him whenever she feels like so he’s heading back to court. He’s engaged to Brooke Mueller and is hoping to revisit the custody terms he has with Richards. He told Entertainment Tonight:

“What I am doing is pursuing a relationship with my daughters that is unpolluted.”

Sheen isn’t very happy with Richards’ choice of nanny to the kids. He explained:

“(We want it to be) somebody that we have chosen, not somebody who at times will go back and talk about the things that happened or didn’t happen. (I’d like it) that phone calls to the house would only happen in a medical emergency with one of the children. When I’m here with the girls, I don’t need to be answering the phone 20 times a day. If there’s a problem, I’ll call.”

I guess he just doesn’t want to talk to her all that much anymore. Maybe Denise Richards calls him more because she feels threatened by Brooke Mueller being around the girls much more too now that they’re engaged. I wish they’d just find a way to get along for their kids sake though.

Is it me or did Charlie just age 20 more years in the last little while? He looks awful.
