Are Reese and Ryan Getting Back Together?
Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe have been reportedly cozy recently and many believe they may be getting back together. Although they’ve been separated since last October after rumors of Ryan’s affair with Abbie Cornish, they’ve been spotted together shopping, jogging, and having lunch in L.A. According to Page Six’s source:
“They met for lunch this week at the Votre Sante health-food restaurant, a regular Brentwood haunt for Reese on San Vicente. And they’re going on runs together around the Brentwood Country Club. Both are regular, dedicated runners. Running is a very healing, meditative thing, so maybe it will work its magic on them.”
They were also spotted at Niketown Beverly Hills where Reese was getting fitted for a pair of Air Zoom Vomero shoes. The source said:
“She took them for a demo on the treadmill on the second floor and loved them.”
A friend of Witherspoon revealed:
“Reese and Ryan are trying to work it out. They are still close.”
Phillippe’s rep however denied the rumor:
“It’s not true.”
I hope the rumors are true. It can’t be easy trying to see if it could work out in the midst of the media’s prying eyes though.
