John Travolta Uses His Fame For Meals
John Travolta doesn’t deny abusing his celebrity status to get in some of the most exclusive restaurants which surprisingly impress his wife Kelly Preston. They find the restaurant staff will often do whatever they can to make sure he returns. He admitted:
“The restaurant thing is a ‘gimme’. I don’t even have to make reservations. When I was 21 and first started on (70s U.S. TV series) Kotter, I went to a diner and the tab was on them. They said: ‘We have a policy to give all famous people free food.’ “I thought: ‘Wow! I can get an apartment near this diner and eat just about every meal here. I’ll be set.’”
Why am I not surprised that he thinks this way. His stomach is proof of it.
