Is Nicole Richie In Rehab?
There are rumors that Nicole Richie has checked into rehab. The National Enquirer and Star magazine claim Richie who weighs only 83 lbs., checked into the Beau Monde Treatment Center in Corona Del Mar California on May 11 where she’s being treated for an eating disorder and substance abuse.
Her reps were quick to deny it saying:
“She is not in rehab. She is at home in Glendale. Sobriety is an ongoing process but she is sober.”
As much as I would like to believe that she’s just taking some time off, it is very unlikely of her to stay out of the press for this long. With that said, I hope it is true and she’s just taking some time off. After all, it is not like she and Paris are going to go and promote the Simple Life. It would be hard given the fact that Paris is going to jail in 2 weeks.
