Hollywood actress Anne Hathaway revealed to GQ magazine that she and her entire family left the Catholic church after her brother told them he was gay, according to Socialite Life. Anne said:

“Why should I support an organization that has a limited view of my beloved brother?”

It’s wonderful that Anne and the rest of her family is so supportive of her brother! I don’t have a gay brother, but I left for the same reason.

Anne and the rest of the Hathaways tried out the Episcopalian church, but that didn’t work for them. She added:

“F**k it, I’m forming. I’m a work in progress.”

I call it great progress Anne - this is the kind of progress the world needs. You go girl!

While leaving the Byron Tracy Hair Salon in Beverly Hills a member of the paparazzi rear ended Drew Barrymore’s car and she was clearly not happy. She hopped out of her car and witnesses saw her screaming at the photographer who hit her vehicle.

The two then argued over who actually caused the accident then she jumped back into her car and headed home. I would be mad too, someone trying to get my photo hits my car then tries to blame me! I’m sure this will play out in court with the photographer claiming they’re injured.

Just a day after being spotted at the Super Bowl with hubby Brad Pitt and son Maddox, Angelina Jolie has headed to the Dominican Republic. She’s there visiting with Haitian children who are receiving medical treatment after being injured in the massive earthquake that hit the island January 12.

Angelina and Brad were among the first in Hollywood offering help to the earthquake victims in Haiti donating $1 million to the relief efforts. I love seeing celebs helping those less fortunate and actually donating their time as well.

Charlie Sheen was charged with a felony and two misdemeanors for assaulting his wife on Christmas Day when he appeared in court Monday. The judge also lifted the restraining order against him so he could return home to his wife and twin sons.

“Charlie and Brooke kissed and hugged and looked pretty happy to get beyond this hurdle,” Mueller’s lawyer Yale Galanter tells PEOPLE. “They are on their way home to Los Angeles together.”

“Charlie is looking forward to going home and being with his children and with Brooke,” says Mark Burg, Sheen’s friend and Two and a Half Men producer who gave Sheen a place to live while the restraining order was in effect. “Hopefully this will all be behind him soon.”

I don’t know how a judge can let these two reunite, I also wonder why child protective services showed up at Tiger Woods house but not the Sheen home.

In an interview with Cosmopolitan magazine, Jessica Alba described marriage as “warped,” according to Hollyscoop. She said:

“I had a hard time agreeing with marriage at all because I feel like its been warped. Originally, it was two families coming together to make a stronger family. It was about survival — not love or soul mates.

And now the way they market marriage — even as a kid through Disney movies — is that it’s all about Prince Charming sweeping you off your feet.

There’s this mentality that you need the big dress and the big day — the day every girl gets to be a princess. I didn’t agree with any of that. This tradition of obeying your husband like he’s your king? It’s a load of crap. Love and honor, yes. But you should love and honor yourself too, and all your friends.”

She also added:

“I chose to get married because, essentially, you’re given a deck of cards in life. The hand you were dealt with is your family and you can’t choose them.”

I do agree with her somewhat - marriage isn’t all a fairytale like in the movies and women don’t always get to be princesses and certainly don’t need to be treating their men like they’re kings all the time, but it doesn’t have to be so gloomy. Some people are really happily married!

It doesn’t sound like she’s very happy with Cash Warren since he was the deck of cards she was given. Ouch. Maybe the crazy Chinese woman, Xiaoging, who is trying to win her boyfriend back by getting plastic surgery to look like Jessica should read this because it doesn’t sound like her life is all peachy keen.

Robert Pattinson opened up about his upcoming movie Bel Ami where he’s co-staring with Uma Thurman and says the sex scenes will be “kind of disturbing.”

Pattinson is going to play a journalist who sleeps around to climb the social ladder. He’s going to be doing scenes with Christina Ricci, Kristin Scott Thomas, but is nervous about stripping in front of Uma. He said:

“The sex scenes with Uma are kind of disturbing. Her character kind of uses sex as a weapon and my character thinks like an animal. There’s quite a lot of sex scenes in this film, so I’m asking quite a lot of myself and with lots of different people as well.”

Sounds like it’ll be an interesting movie! He doesn’t have the best body so I can understand why he’s nervous…maybe he should start working out to build some muscle for these upcoming scenes.
